OBJECTIVES

Developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives(B2B). Researching prospective accounts in target markets. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

Working together on client development and servicing with various clients (Colleges, Universities & institutions).
Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to get recommendations for market expansion.
Create new Academic Learning Partnerships (ALP) and generate leads in areas with a high demand for financial education.
Presentations and contract negotiations involving tie-ups with various channel partners
Hold meetings with stakeholders to finalize plans
Promote and grow connections with both current and potential academic learning partners.
Recognize the needs of your channel partners and effectively meet them.
Managing relationships for proposals, discussions, and signatures of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU)
Conducting Seminars/webinars for lead generation purposes.
Creating Proposals, MOU,
Participate in Exhibitions, educational fairs, online and Offline events.
To plan events in school and with colleagues to engage students in the most effective ways.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services and be able to give stakeholders advice on them.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Research and identify new business opportunities, map and plan of action to achieve maximum closes for ALP
To explore the business opportunities in an Organic and Inorganic way.
Strengthening the organization’s brand and improving the visibility of the company.
Engage in improving the client servicing levels (existing & new clients) in line with business strategies and goals.
Responsible for Generating leads and managing a healthy pipeline, by meeting clients in person on a regular interval.
Identifying potential business opportunities and initiating conversations about the company’s services.
Pursuing prospective clients for conversion.
Achieving the conversion ratio as per business strategies.
B2C
Lead Management through telephony engagements/calls, managing, tracking, and timely follow-up on leads in the CRM
Conducting online / telephony presentations for sharing a detailed understanding of our Products/services
Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals as in Individual contributor
Efficient follow-up with customers for closure and Admission purposes
Completion & exceeding of targeted sales goals.
Developing Quality engagements & building constructive relationships with prospective customers
Managing enrolments/sales for the respective project/program by developing a business plan that covers sales & revenue achievement
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services
Reporting Sales and activities in prescribed reporting formats
Tracking, and monitoring consumer connecting by the team on the CRM
