OBJECTIVES
Finplan Edu is seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Program Manager to oversee and manage all academic and service operations across multiple campuses in Mumbai and throughout India. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including faculty management, batch management, student management, stakeholder relationship management, center operations team management, program accreditation, program compliance management, university compliance management, student progress management, batch performance management, and more. The successful candidate will be required to travel across campuses at both weekly and periodical intervals.

Education Requirement and Essentials
General:
Monitor, evaluate and assess the output of each operation activity in meeting the business objective set by the organization with a timeline. Develop processes, systems, tools, reporting standards, and frameworks to increase the efforts and efficiency of the operations team productivity. Identify gaps to understand the root cause of the problem & and rectify them by effective solution-driven execution. Build KPIs to understand the overall process of business operations with internal and external stakeholders. Address key problems and probable solutions to top management with timelines. Developing operation plans and strategies to maximize productivity.
Cost and Budget Management :
Assess the cost of operations and achieve productivity within the financial Budgets with respect to all operations activities and academic deliverables.
Faculty Management:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of qualified instructors in coordination with the academic head. Conduct faculty evaluations and provide professional development opportunities. Ensure faculty compliance with program and university standards.
Batch Management:
Plan and coordinate academic calendars, timetables, and batch schedules. Monitor and manage batch sizes and student allocation across campuses. Address batch-related issues and optimize student learning experiences.
Student Management:
Oversee student admissions, enrolment, and registration processes. Monitor and support student attendance, performance, and overall well-being. Implement student support programs and interventions as needed.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, and university partners. Address concerns and feedback from stakeholders to ensure a positive academic experience.
Centre Operations Team Management:
Supervise and lead the center operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Manage resources, facilities, and technology to support academic programs. Enhance business productivity with periodical training and mentoring sessions with teams.
Program Accreditation:
Ensure that academic programs meet accreditation and quality assurance standards. Prepare documentation and reports required for program accreditation.
Program Compliance Management:
Monitor program adherence to internal and external compliance standards. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations.
University Compliance Management:
Ensure that the academic programs align with the requirements of partner universities. Maintain strong relationships with university representatives.
Student Progress Management:
Monitor and track student progress, including academic performance and attendance. Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
Batch Performance Management:
Evaluate batch performance and take actions to enhance overall results. Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement performance improvement strategies.
Student Feedback Management:
Collect, analyze, and act upon student feedback to continuously improve academic programs. Implement mechanisms for ongoing student engagement and feedback.
Academic Quality Management:
Ensure the highest quality of academic programs through regular assessments and improvements. Collaborate with faculty to maintain and enhance curriculum quality.
Student Event Management:
Plan and organize academic and extracurricular events to enhance the student experience. Promote a vibrant campus life and foster student engagement.
Innovation in Education (Corporate Workshops):
Facilitate the arrangement of corporate workshops, leveraging industry expertise. Promote innovative teaching methods and education initiatives.
Lectures on Non-Technical Subjects:
Inspire and motivate students through lectures on non-technical subjects related to their career goals. Share knowledge and insights to broaden student's horizons.
Vendor Management:
Manage vendors and suppliers to effectively drive productivity.
