This blend provides deep academic knowledge alongside specialized global accounting skills.
The program offers dual benefits: you earn a Master's degree (academic qualification) and a global professional qualification (ACCA) simultaneously. This combination significantly enhances your resume, offers a high number of ACCA paper exemptions (up to 9), and fast-tracks your career with a global perspective, especially in the Big 4 and multinational corporations (MNCs).
Students graduating with a recognized M.Com plus ACCA degree are typically eligible for up to nine (9) exemptions in the ACCA qualification (covering the Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills levels). This allows you to skip the initial papers and focus on the final, advanced Strategic Professional papers.
While the M.Com degree is typically a two-year, four-semester program, the entire journey to become an ACCA Affiliate (completing the M.Com and the remaining ACCA papers) is often completed within 2.5 to 3 years due to the high number of exemptions.
The primary eligibility is holding a Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent) from a recognized university, usually with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
