From being an average student to multiplying his salary eightfold, Rishabh Gudhka's ACCA journey is one of resilience, discipline and the right mentorship.
After graduating in 2019, Rishabh wasn’t sure of his path. He considered CA but found it too lengthy. Then, a friend introduced him to ACCA. His search led him to Finplan Edu, which became the foundation of his success.
Rishabh joined QX Global and started studying ACCA simultaneously. Exempt from four papers, he cleared the remaining nine within two years, thanks to disciplined time management and regular mock exams.
There were times when Rishabh felt like giving up—especially with family responsibilities and personal distractions. But taking short breaks, leaning on mentors, and returning stronger kept him going.
As a fresher, Rishabh earned only ₹10,000 per month with little recognition. Today, as an Accounts Officer at QX Global, he earns seven to eight times more and manages significant client responsibilities. ACCA not only boosted his salary but also gave him confidence and respect in the workplace.
