Position : Student Councelor

Location: Thane | Experience: 1-2 Years | Job-type: Full-Time |
Preferred : Female/Male | Salary : 10k to 15k Per Month

Education :

  • Having a Graduation Education Degree like Bcom, BBA, BMS or MCOM, MBA in Commerce Background.

  • KRA:
  • Development of Counseling and Admission leads through conduction of Student Calling Process.
  • Conducting Student Counseling’s at the Centre.
  • Accomplishing targets for each project with respect to generating number of visits/counseling.
  • Resolving student/ parent queries.
  • Maintaining business reports to track performance on daily and timely basis
  • Visiting FINPLAN Centers across Mumbai for assisting team for conduction of various business activities.
  • Assisting teams for conduction of seminars and awareness based activities across institutions / student communities in Mumbai.
  • Must Have :

  • Good Presentation skills to promote product or service.

    Position : Assistant Branch Manager

    Location: Malad | Experience: 1-3 Years | Job-type: Full-Time |
    Preferred : Female | Salary : 18k to 25k Per Month

    Education :

  • Having a Graduation Education Degree like Bcom, BBA, BMS or MCOM, MBA in Commerce Background.

  • KRA:
  • Executing Student counseling for various program in Branch of the institution
  • Implementing high quality standards of explaining the appropriate course to the students
  • Ensuring student support with respect to follow up post counseling, parent counseling, Recounselling, sending student fee structure, Loan support, Document verification and similar
  • Follow up of student pre-counseling and post counseling.
  • Ensuring to meet montly enrollment goals for each branch
  • Resolving student/ parent queries.
  • Execution of Academic Operations - Fee Follow up, CBE Exam, Attendance Management, Result Management, Exam Management and all necessary compliance with Partner Institute
  • Coordinating with Team at Head office for student Feedback and all academic support related activities.
  • Maintaining all academic reporting standards for each batch on timely basis.
  • Managing all admin related activities of the branch.
  • Coordinating with Faculty on Paper Moderations, Time table, Lecture Schedule, Feedback of Students and all academic correspondence
  • Must Have :

  • Identifying Institutional partners in the market place and proposing Academic Partnership association for mutual benefit.
  • Getting MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) and TOUs (Terms of Understanding) signed by Institutional partners for business development.
  • Reporting your tasks and development status with institutional partner on timely basis as prescribed to you by your immediate reporting authority
  • Conducting Awareness based seminar activities and various student engagement activities with Institutional partners to generate awareness and student leads
